TUITION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 5, 2026

This page provides a general summary of the HH9 Hair Academy cancellation and refund process. Each student’s signed enrollment agreement and the applicable requirements of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation govern the official calculation of any refund.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

HH9 Hair Academy does not currently collect tuition through the public website. Students complete the admissions process and required enrollment documents before receiving payment instructions from the academy.

FREE ACADEMY TOURS

Academy tours are free. If you cannot attend a scheduled Saturday tour, please cancel or contact HH9 Hair Academy as soon as possible so the appointment can be made available to another visitor.

CANCELLATION AFTER SIGNING

A student is entitled to a full refund of all money paid if the student:

• Cancels the enrollment agreement no later than midnight of the third day after signing it, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays; or
• Entered into the enrollment agreement because of a misrepresentation in the academy’s advertising, promotional materials, or statements made by an owner or representative.

STUDENT DOES NOT BEGIN TRAINING

After the cancellation period has expired, if tuition was collected before the course began and the student does not begin training, HH9 Hair Academy may retain no more than $100, as permitted by applicable Texas law.

WITHDRAWAL OR TERMINATION AFTER TRAINING BEGINS

If a student withdraws or is terminated after beginning training, any refund of unused tuition, fees, and other charges will be calculated according to:

• The student’s period of enrollment
• Scheduled course hours
• The official last date of attendance
• The date written notice of withdrawal is received
• The student’s signed enrollment agreement
• Current Texas law and TDLR requirements

The effective termination date for refund purposes will be determined as required by applicable law. The amount owed or refunded depends on how much of the course the student completed and the requirements applicable to that course.

REFUND DEADLINE

Any refund owed will be issued no later than 30 days after the student becomes eligible for the refund. Interest may apply when a required tuition refund is not issued within the legally required period.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION OR SCHOOL CLOSURE

If HH9 Hair Academy cancels a program or closes, student transfers and refunds will be handled according to applicable Texas law and TDLR requirements.

This website summary does not replace the student’s signed enrollment agreement, school catalog, or official refund calculation. If this page conflicts with an enrollment document or applicable law, the enrollment document and current law will control.

REFUND REQUESTS

Students should submit withdrawal and refund requests in writing and retain a copy for their records.
